Michael joined the Hamilton Farm team in August 2020, bringing with him many years of golf club experience along with an outstanding industry reputation. He is a native of New Jersey, but was raised in Delray Beach, FL. Michael graduated from Lynn University in 1995 with a degree in Hospitality Business.  His club management experience includes Hackensack Golf Club, Cherry Valley Country Club, and most recently was the GM/COO of Rockaway River Country Club for the past 14 years.  In addition to golf clubs, he has also managed restaurants, bars, and Rio Secco Golf Club for Harrah’s Entertainment in Las Vegas.  Michael is an active member of The Club Managers Association of America and is excited to bring his knowledge and fresh ideas to add to the exceptional atmosphere here at Hamilton Farm Golf Club.

Erin began her career in the Membership Department at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in 2004. A New Jersey native, she is a graduate of Rutgers University where she earned her degree in the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies. She is an active member and former President of the Greater New Jersey Chapter of the Professional Club Marketing Association and achieved her Certified Membership Professional designation in 2012.

Drew joined the Hamilton Farm team in 2014 from Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida.  A Missouri native, his industry experience includes time spent at Grandfather Golf & Country Club, Castle Pines Golf Club, Camelback Golf Club and Osage National Golf Club. Drew has been the Director of Golf since 2017.

Nick Bova

Nick Bova is one of four George Gankas Golf Coaches in the United States, and the only one that resides on the east coast. Nick brings a unique combination of teaching and playing skills to Hamilton Farm Golf Club. He is a native of Central Illinois and attended Methodist University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management. Nick's previous jobs include The First Assistant at Friar's Head in Long Island, NY, and Teaching Professional at Siwanoy Country Club in Bronxville, NY. Before accepting the position at Hamilton Farm, Nick was the Director of Instruction at Anchor Golf Center in Whippany, NJ. Nick is an accomplished golfer, a Class A member of the PGA and member of Proponent Group. He is also a US Kids certified Instructor and member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. Nick was a Honorable Mention Top 50 US Kids Instructor in 2014-2015. He was recently named NJPGA 2020 Teacher of the Year.

Head Golf Professional

  Evan Jones

Evan grew up in New Jersey, playing High School Golf at Monroe Township High School and fell in love with the game of golf at a young age playing with his Father and Grandfather. Evan’s career started out at Forsgate CC and was most recently at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. With experience at Metedeconk National Golf Club and Ocean Reef Club, Evan brings a wealth of knowledge and was named the 2020 Assistant Professional of the Year in the South Florida PGA Section.

Director of Grounds

  Tim Meyer

Tim comes to Hamilton Farm from Beacon Hill Country Club, where he has worked as the Golf Course Superintendent for the last 10 years. Prior to that, Tim spent 8 years as the Assistant Superintendent at Plainfield Country Club. While at Plainfield, he prepped the course for The Barclays PGA tour event, the NJ State Open and the Met Open. Prior to that, he spent time at Baltusrol preparing for the 87th PGA Championship.   Tim is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and attended Penn State University. 

Superintendent

Brad Jones

Brad joined the team at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in 2006. He is a graduate from Southern Illinois University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Plant and Soil Science. His course management experience includes The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, California and The Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. While here at Hamilton Farm he has helped host several LPGA events, while also volunteering at many PGA and USGA events. 

Hospitality Director

Kimberley Harrison

Kim began her career at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in 2005. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware, with a concentration in Business Administration.  Her industry experience includes Roycebrook Golf Club, and three years at Plainfield Country Club.  As the Hospitality Director, Kim oversees the Concierge team, lodging, and all club and member communication.

Executive Chef

Chef Francisco began his career at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in 2021. He earned his degree from Johnson and Wales University. His industry experience includes Colony Bay Club in Florida, Emeril Lagasse Restaurant in Miami, Cedar Hill Country Club, and most recently Rockaway River Country Club. His favorite cuisines are Italian and Caribbean.

Director of Banquets & Catering

  Colette Rochat Flint

In the summer of 2014, Colette became a part of the Hamilton Farm Golf Club team.  Upon graduating from Wake Forest University, Colette decided to pursue a career in event planning and coincidentally began her career in the golf industry.  Colette served as the Outing Events Manager at Royce Brook Golf Club and the Director of Event Sales & Catering at Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster.  Colette has been involved in thousands of events throughout her career ranging from private social celebrations to two USGA Junior Championships.  

Facilities Director

Rene has worked at Hamilton Farm in the Facilities Department since the opening in 2001.  He is responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Department and Facilities Department at Hamilton Farm.
