Club Information

Cell Phones

Please respect the culture of our club, and restrict cell phone use to the locker rooms and lower back patio. In addition, members and guests are required to turn off their cell phone ringers when on club property as a consideration to others.

Dress Code

Members, guests and those with visiting privileges should at all times dress in a manner appropriate for Hamilton Farm Golf Club. Improperly dressed guests will not be permitted on club property. Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks or Bermuda shorts of mid-length are considered appropriate attire. Shirts must be tucked in and a belt is required. Cargo pants are not permitted. Well kept denim is permitted for dining after 4pm.  Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, shorts, and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, tee shirts, cut-off's, sweatpants and swim wear is not permitted. Shoes: Appropriate golf shoes are required for all golfers. Use of soft spikes or a type approved by the club is mandatory. Tennis shoes or other soft soled shoes are subject to the approval of the Golf Professional. Hats: Bucket hats, baseball-style golf caps, and visors are considered appropriate headwear. All headwear should be worn in an appropriate fashion. Hats worn backwards are not acceptable. Other headwear such as bandanas or headbands are not appropriate. Gentlemen will remove their hats while dining in the Clubhouse.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only, including the golf courses. Smoking is not permitted in any buildings on property, and smokers are expected to properly dispose of their cigar and cigarette butts.

General Golf Rules

Players should pace their play with a goal of completing their round in 4 hours and 12 minutes. It is the players responsibility to fix all ball marks and repair all divots.

Compliance

Members are expected to advise their guests of these policies, and are responsible for these rules and regulations being followed while at the club. If the manner or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring member shall, at the request of the club, cause such guest to leave the premises.
